You need two things:
1.  Your PayPal email address (whatever email is on record for your PayPal account).
2.  Your 17 Digit Transaction ID number that is in your email receipt from PayPal.  You should also be able to retrieve this number by logging into PayPal and checking your account history.  The image below shows how to find the Transaction ID in your email receipt.

Go to this page and enter your PayPal email address and your 17 digit transaction ID.  You should be granted instant access to configure your account and download your book(s).

STILL WAITING FOR EMAIL TO GRANT YOU ACCESS?
There are several reasons why you might not have received an email after buying a book.  We live on a cruising sailboat
and are often out of contact for weeks at a time.  So please be patient if a problem does arise.  The longest time
it has taken me to correct a problem has been 4 days because finding an internet connection is sometimes difficult.

Here's a list of typical problems that we are working to resolve and will be fixed very soon once we arrive
in Panama City with good internet access.

1.  People with YAHOO.COM email accounts often never receive email messages from us.
We have been trying to get YAHOO to fix this problem for months, with not much luck.
In these cases, I have to physically find an internet connection and resend your notice
from a different email account.  Hopefully you can use the Transaction ID method above to login.

2.  Often our notices end up in Junk or Bulk email folders, so be sure to check there!

3.  Some people are using an old email address for their Paypal account.  Our system only recognizes email addresses provided by Paypal to avoid fraud.  If this is the case for you, go to our contact page and send me an email letting me know you have and old PayPal email address, and I can verify your payment and fix your email address and account.  You should be able to get in using the Transaction ID method described above.

STILL CAN'T GET IN?  WHAT TO DO?
Try resetting your password.  This will send an email to the email address that your used for your PayPal purchase.  Just go to this page and enter in your email address and a new temporary login and password will be sent to you.  If you have your 17 digit PalPal receipt number and you bought the book after January 1, 2009 you can gain instant access without waiting for an email.  See the paragraph at the top of the page.
